What it solves
Tool sprawl. Inventory in one system, experience measurement in another, IP addresses in a spreadsheet, patching in a third console. No two agree on the device count, and nobody can connect a slow machine to the switch port it sits on.
Data sovereignty. The leading digital-experience products are cloud-only. For a government entity bound by the Personal Data Protection Law, sending usernames and device identifiers to a foreign cloud region is not a preference — it is a contractual blocker.
Isolated networks. Ministries split into subnets, hospitals with separate clinical networks, and sites the internet never reaches. A central cloud probe cannot see the reality of a remote branch.
Reactive support. The problem reaches the service desk as a ticket from a frustrated employee, not as a signal that arrived an hour earlier.
Language. An Arabic-speaking operations team handed an English console with an Arabic layer bolted on — partial mirroring and numbers running the wrong way.
What the product does
Endpoint inventory
CPU, RAM, BitLocker, TPM, Windows Defender and Windows 11 upgrade readiness.
Device discovery
Via LDAP and the local network — automatically classifies PCs, printers, phones, IoT and network gear.
Patch management
Pending patches per device with severity, flexible windows, and one-click approval.
Remote deployment
MSI, EXE, PowerShell and Batch — temporary passwords are never stored in the database.
Network and IPAM
Device discovery, switch topology, DHCP scopes and IP addressing — full layer-2 visibility.
Digital employee experience
The quality of an employee’s day on their device as one score, built from eight real signals.
NOC tooling
Speed test, visual traceroute, packet capture, health check and TLS certificate monitoring.
Windows 11 upgrade
Bulk orchestration, readiness detection, heatmaps, central ISO management and LAN caching.
Alerting and escalation
Email, Slack, Teams and webhooks, with tiered escalation from operator to manager.
Reporting and analytics
A report library plus a custom report builder that needs no SQL.
Self-healing
Restart failed services, clean disks, and detect and re-bind failed network adapters.
Access control
Super-admin down to viewer, with per-action permissions and Active Directory group mapping.

Frequently asked
- Does any data leave the organisation’s network?
- No. The product runs entirely inside the client’s infrastructure and sends no outbound telemetry. No external connection occurs unless the client explicitly enables it.
- Does it work in a fully air-gapped network?
- Yes. The product supports three modes: online, semi-isolated and fully air-gapped. In air-gapped mode, updates are delivered on physical media.
- How many devices does the product support?
- From a single device up to more than 150,000 endpoints, across three deployment tiers of the same product, upgradable without data migration.
- What is the licensing model?
- A perpetual licence with annual maintenance and no mandatory subscription. The organisation owns the licence rather than renting it.
- Is the interface available in Arabic?
- Yes — natively in Arabic and English with full right-to-left support. Every screen, report and message exists in Arabic as completely as it does in English.
