SECTOR 05

Small and Medium Enterprises

Small and Medium Enterprises

Regulatory requirements do not shrink with the company — only the budget does.

This environment

A small company is not a scaled-down large one. E-invoicing is required of it exactly as it is of anyone else, the Personal Data Protection Law applies to it in full, and an outage stops all of its work rather than one department of it — the only difference is that nobody is free to deal with any of it. So rather than selling it a product built for a team of a hundred, we start from its actual size: what it needs today switched on, what it does not switched off until it grows, and the running of it done by us.

What we work with

  • E-invoicing and ZATCA requirements
  • The Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL)
  • Essential Cybersecurity Controls (ECC)
  • Microsoft 365 environments and cloud identity
  • Single-office and small-branch networks
  • Monsha'at programmes for small and medium enterprises

What matters in this environment

  • Operations without an operations team

Monitoring and a service desk that we run, on a contract measured by what the company actually uses rather than by the size of a large entity.

  • Licensing that grows with you

Modular licensing in AIN enables the sections needed today and hides the rest — opened from the licence file with no redeploy once the company grows.

  • Compliance that is not waived for the small

A processing record, data-subject rights and dated evidence — the same as is asked of a large organisation, at a size that can be managed.

  • One device per employee, and it still has to be seen

Inventory, patching and experience measurement from one console, because one broken machine in a small company stops a whole employee rather than a fraction of its capacity.

We know your environment — and we start by reviewing it with you

One session with an engineer who knows this sector's systems by name: we review what you have as it is, and say where we add something and where we do not.
