DATA CIRCUITS

SDCM

إدارة الدوائر البياناتية

Pay for the bandwidth you actually use.

A data-circuit management solution for multi-branch organisations — reconciling the invoice paid against the bandwidth actually configured on the router, and proposing tighter plans based on real consumption.

What it solves

  1. The invoice does not match reality. The organisation pays for one bandwidth plan while the device at the branch is configured on another — and nobody compares the two until the annual audit, if then.

  2. Upgrade and downgrade decisions without data. When does a branch need more bandwidth? When is another paying for capacity it uses half of? Answering requires measuring peak consumption branch by branch.

  3. Circuits paid for while disconnected. Branches close or circuits are cancelled, and the invoice continues for months because nobody holds a reliable list of what is actually active.

  4. Tracking orders with the provider. Create, upgrade, downgrade and cancel orders are sent to the provider and lost in email, with no defined duration and no alert when overdue.

What the product does

  • Invoice-to-usage reconciliation

Compare the invoice paid against the bandwidth actually configured on the router, and surface the gaps.

  • Plan downgrade suggestions

Propose a tighter plan per branch based on real peak usage — without needing the provider invoice.

  • Provider order tracking

Full lifecycle for create, upgrade, downgrade and cancel orders, with alerts when they run overdue.

  • Estimated invoicing

Generate an estimated invoice per billing cycle, and forecast the next cycle.

  • Geolocation dashboard

Circuits plotted by region on a map, with the status of each.

  • Router connectivity

Connects to any router over SSH or SNMP v2 and v3.

  • Configuration backup

    Automatic backup of device configurations.

  • Outage alerting

Email alerts on bandwidth outage, at a pre-set frequency.

  • Bulk import

A data utility for bulk import and update of circuits from spreadsheets.

  • Multiple providers

Manage several providers, with email templates per provider and per order type.

  • Circuit reporting

Active and inactive lists, a cost report for inactive circuits, and daily and average peak reports.

  • One-time password login

Login with a one-time password delivered by email or SMS.

Frequently asked

What is a data circuit?
A connection between two or more points terminated by a router — such as a leased line, fibre optic, a microwave link, or MPLS.
How does the system detect that we pay for more than we use?
It connects to the routers and measures real peak usage per branch, compares it with the configured bandwidth and the billed plan, and proposes a tighter plan without needing the provider invoice.
Does it connect to any brand of router?
Yes, over SSH or SNMP v2 and v3.
Does it surface circuits we are billed for while disconnected?
Yes. It provides lists of connected and disconnected circuits, active and inactive ones, and a dedicated cost report for inactive circuits.
